Shipping Container Transport

McCormick Containers are experts when it comes to deliveries. In fact, we offer a range of transport options. So whether you’ve got a large parcel of average with plenty of space, or just a small suburban house block, rest assured that we’ve got you covered. Our most common delivery methods include tilt-trays, side loaders,  and HIAB trucks.

Tilt-tray Delivery

Tilt trays are the most common form of delivery. These trucks are generally used to transport 20ft containers. However, larger tilt-trays are also capable of shifting 40ft containers too. These trucks are referred to as super tilt-trays. Essentially, the truck will reverse into position and slide the container off the back of the tray.

Swing-Lift Delivery

More often than not, these trucks deliver 40ft shipping containers. They are equipped with a crane at either end which picks up the container and places it along the driver’s side of the vehicle. Being a semi-trailer, you will need plenty of access to your property for delivery to take place.
